He combines comprehensive experience with the ability to understand clients' specific situations, often in critical circumstances. He practices criminal law, including primarily business criminal law, and specializes in litigation and internal investigations.

Radosław is an attorney at law and a PhD in law. Professionally and academically, he specializes in environmental protection law, climate law, and European Union law.
He has many years of experience in these areas, e.g. in obtaining permits, e.g. for production of waste, water permits, collection or processing of waste, emission of gases and dusts into the air, integrated permits and the so-called environmental decisions. She represents clients during inspections carried out by the Environmental Protection Inspectorate, in administrative and administrative court proceedings, including cases concerning fines. He advises on product stewardship requirements, e.g. in the area of marking, labels and design. He conducts legal due diligence of companies, in particular industrial plants, renewable energy sources and real estate. Radowlaw also advises on day-to-day matters, e.g. environmental reporting or the handling of so-called BDO.
Between 2015 and 2021 he worked with the Polish office of a renowned international law firm.
